Claude Bottiau’s 6¢ airmail shows a spiral galaxy. It paid the domestic air-postcard rate. A block of four is cancelled first day, 17 June 1963, on official United Nations stationery.

The cachet is an enlarged, high-contrast reproduction of the same design — the stamp looking at itself.
