Circular with airmail stamps

This is a later page of an official circular. It records the withdrawal of earlier issues, the United Nations role in West New Guinea, and the same June 1963 airmail stamps described on the May press release.

The three stamps are affixed at the foot and cancelled first day. The paper is office stock, folded, and foxed — a working notice, not a collector envelope.
